Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to work in the utility and materials management operations area. This position is located in the United States and offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, and paid time off.
Job SummaryThis position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and tracking materials, tools, and equipment in a warehouse or utility stores environment. The role ensures accurate inventory control, safe material handling, and proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing supplies. The ideal candidate will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, perform physical inventory counts, and maintain organized storage areas while following strict safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming materials, tools, and equipment for accuracy and damage
- Store, issue, and track inventory using established procedures and inventory systems
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, and lift trucks
- Perform physical inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials in warehouse storage locations
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving documentation
- Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver materials between facilities and vendors
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company safety standards
- Report damaged materials, safety concerns, or inventory discrepancies to supervision
- Assist with training, emergency response duties, and general warehouse support as needed
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in warehousing, inventory control, material handling, or related field
- Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties
- Experience using basic computer systems such as Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (such as Maximo or similar) preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment (or willingness to be trained)
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures at all times
- Must pass physical ability testing as required
Work Schedule & Conditions
Monday through Friday, 6: 30 AM –3: 00 PM with overtime as needed.
This is a physically active role requiring lifting, standing, bending, and working in warehouse environments.
