Location: Reno/Sparks, NV
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive hourly pay DOE

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced production and distribution environment. This role is responsible for assisting with receiving, inventory control, shipping, warehouse organization, and overall operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume warehouse setting while supporting team productivity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse and operational activities alongside the Production & Blending Manager
  • Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming inventory and materials
  • Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper documentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with forecasting and stock management
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse tracking systems
  • Assist with warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
  • Provide support and coverage for warehouse team members as needed
  • Help enforce warehouse procedures, safety standards, and operational processes
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments and team members
  • Inspect warehouse equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Support warehouse security procedures and workplace safety initiatives
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production environment preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Basic math and analytical skills required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or order pickers preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Must follow OSHA and workplace safety guidelines at all times
