Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading distributor in Streetsboro, is seeking Warehouse Associates to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations supporting shipping, receiving, and production activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and physical stamina, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Order Selector

Location: Streetsboro, OH

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00 pm

***Must be able to train on 1st shift (6am-2pm) for the first two weeks***

What's the Job?

• Operate ride-on pallet jack
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
• Participate in production tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs unassisted
• Experience working around production equipment is preferred
• Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day
• Prior experience on a packing line is a plus
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
