Warehouse Associate (Sit-Down Forklift)

Pay & Benefits

$18.00/hr starting pay
Stable 1st shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Contract-to-hire (temp-to-perm) opportunity with long-term potential; pay review/raise timing is addressed at hire

Hours & Location

Strongsville, OH 44149
30-minute lunch with 2 breaks
Dress code: jeans, t-shirt, steel-toe boots

Job Responsibilities

Stage and pull fastener orders (bolts, nuts, screws) for shipment
Package materials to customer specifications
Load/unload trucks, verify counts, and inspect for damage
Update inventory levels and help keep product organized
Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently

Use of Cherry Picker and can't be afraid of heights
Keep aisles and work areas clean, neat, and organized
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Required Qualifications

Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred
Proficient on a sit-down forklift
Not afraid of heights
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to communicate in English
