JOB GOAL | The primary goal of the Warehouse Item Puller is to efficiently and accurately fulfill customer orders by retrieving and preparing the requested products for shipment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. |
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: | Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, as the role involves manual handling of inventory.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Forklift certification.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Problem-solving skills to address any discrepancies or issues with orders.

- Navigate the warehouse efficiently to locate and pull the specified products.
- Ensure accuracy in item selection and quantity.
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Communicate any discrepancies or stock shortages to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with packing and shipping teams to meet order fulfillment deadlines.
- Follow quality control procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Properly use and maintain warehouse equipment, such as order pickers and pallet jacks..
- Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding order status and issues.

- Pushing/Pulling occasionally
