Warehouse Associate

We're hiring a hardworking Warehouse / General Laborer to join our recycling center team. This is a hands-on, physical job for someone who takes pride in keeping the yard running and the loads going out right.



What You'll Do


•      Sort, organize, and stage materials throughout the yard and warehouse


•      Operate a tablet and basic software to process transactions


•      Assist customers at drop-off and answer basic questions


•      Load and unload trucks and trailers


•      Strap and secure loads safely for transport


•      Operate a forklift as needed


•      Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized



What You Need


•      Ability to perform manual labor throughout the shift — lifting, bending, standing, working outdoors in all weather


•      Comfortable using a tablet and basic software


•      Comfortable dealing with the public in a friendly, professional manner


•      Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded



Nice to Have


•      Forklift experience or certification


•      Prior recycling center or warehouse experience


•      Bilingual (English/Spanish)
