Key Responsibilities:
  • RFID scanners, and inventory management software. Ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders with high accuracy using barcode scanners, voice-picking systems, and automated packaging equipment.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, ensuring the proper handling and labeling of products. Assist in loading/unloading trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating machinery and handling goods. Adhere to company and legal guidelines for health, safety, and sustainability.
  • Use mobile devices and warehouse management software to update inventory records, track shipments, and report discrepancies.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals, ensuring a positive and cooperative work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics,
    • Comfortable working with digital tools, barcode scanners, and inventory management systems.
    • Ability to operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control.
    • Physical stamina and the ability to lift, move, and organize products (up to 50 lbs).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
    • Basic math and organizational skills for tracking inventory and order numbers.
