Warehouse Associate

Our client is a leading medical device company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating specialized manufacturing equipment in a temperature-controlled environment to produce high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate must be capable of learning and retaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) after being trained and consistently applying them in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate manufacturing equipment according to SOPs and work instructions.

- Learn new procedures and demonstrate the ability to retain and apply them consistently.

- Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to ensure product specifications are met.

- Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.

- Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with company policies.




Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment preferred, but not required.

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
