We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, order fulfillment, and material handling. This role requires experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts (order pickers) and working safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This is a full-time temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who are dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities
Pull, pick, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
Receive, unload, verify, and store incoming inventory and materials
Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts (order pickers), pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment
Work on order pickers at heights up to 10 feet
Pack, stage, and prepare products for shipment
Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies
Organize inventory, restock shelves, and assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
Ensure outgoing shipments are accurate and completed on time
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse best practices
Utilize basic computer applications, email, internet tools, and inventory systems as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience
Minimum of 1 year of recent stand-up forklift/order picker experience
