As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and accurate material flow. You'll work closely with the warehouse team to perform receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling tasks that keep our operations running seamlessly.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Processing incoming receipts of raw materials, components, and non-production items
- Performing material put-aways and storage activities following warehouse procedures
- Pulling, staging, and issuing materials for production, packaging, and other departments
- Preparing outbound shipments with proper documentation, labels, and system entries
- Coordinating carrier pickups and supporting transportation activities
- Maintaining accurate inventory transactions within SAP or other ERP systems
- Conducting cycle counts and assisting with inventory reconciliation
- Investigating and reporting inventory discrepancies as needed
- Supporting material disposition activities and processing returned materials
- Maintaining compliance with GMP, ISO, AMP, and company standards in all documentation and procedures
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Contributing to warehouse organization, housekeeping, and 5S initiatives
- Participating in warehouse improvement projects and cross-training activities
- Following all safety policies and procedures at all times
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 13 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling preferred
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems preferred
- Knowledge of GMP and regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Availability to work overtime as needed

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Irvine, CA, and offers a daytime shift Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
