Employnet is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, stocking, and preparing dental products and supplies for shipment while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Pick and pull customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment.
- Stock and organize dental supplies and inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Verify product quantities and order accuracy prior to shipment.
- Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
- Safely operate warehouse and material-handling equipment.
- Follow proper procedures when handling and shipping regulated or hazardous materials.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory organization and product placement.
- Use ladders and other equipment as needed to retrieve products.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order-picking experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and shipping documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
