The Opportunity

Four days on. Three days off. Every week.

We are hiring dependable Warehouse Associates for a fast-paced distribution and logistics operation located on USA Parkway. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with consistent hours, weekly pay, and a four-day workweek.

Whether you already have warehouse experience or you're ready to build it, we're looking for people who show up, work hard, learn quickly, and want a dependable opportunity.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $20.00/hour

• Pay Frequency: Weekly — every Friday

• Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

• Location: USA Parkway / McCarran, NV

Available schedules:

• Sunday – Wednesday

• Wednesday – Saturday

That's four workdays and three days off every week.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

• Label, sort, consolidate, and stage merchandise

• Load and unload trailers and containers

• Stage outbound shipments

• Verify product counts and inspect merchandise for damage

• Operate handheld RF scanners

• Use warehouse management systems and shipping documents

• Assist with inventory activities and special projects

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Reliable transportation to USA Parkway

• Ability to work the complete 10-hour shift

• Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow instructions in English

• Basic math skills

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and heavier items with assistance

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift

• Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Drug screening

• Steel-toe shoes required on your first day
