A fast-paced distribution and logistics operation on USA Parkway is hiring Warehouse Associates for night shift on two four-day schedules — three days off every week, a shift premium in your paycheck, and your days completely free. Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20.50/hour — night shift premium above the day rate
• Weekly Pay: Every Friday
• Shift Hours: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (both schedules)
• Pick Your Four-Day Schedule:
  • Full-Time: Sunday – Wednesday
  • Full-Time: Wednesday – Saturday
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Label, sort, and consolidate products accurately
• Load and unload trailers and containers and stage inbound and outbound shipments
• Verify counts and inspect merchandise for quality
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Support inventory activities and special projects as needed
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe in accordance with OSHA guidelines

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution experience preferred — a great attitude and willingness to learn count just as much
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with basic math skills
• Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
• Physical readiness: ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs independently (60 lbs with assistance), and perform repetitive movement in varying temperatures
