We take pride in our team, our work ethic, and the way we support each other day to day.We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate/HVAC Delivery Driver who enjoys being on the move, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to be part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly. This role primarily focuses on delivering materials to job sites, with warehouse support responsibilities when not making deliveries.Why Work for Spurk HVAC• Steady, year-round work with a consistent schedule• Family-owned company with a team-oriented culture• Opportunity to grow within the HVAC and warehouse operations side of the business• Hands-on role with a mix of driving and warehouse responsibilities• Supportive team environment that values reliability and hard work• Overtime opportunities availableWhat You'll Do• Safely load, transport, and deliver HVAC materials and equipment to job sites, customers, and technicians• Ensure timely and professional deliveries while representing the company well in the field• Receive incoming orders from vendors and verify materials received or backordered• Assist with organizing, stocking, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse• Perform inventory checks and help stage materials for upcoming jobs• Inspect and maintain company vehicles for safety and cleanliness• Support technicians and office staff with material needsWhat You Bring• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle physical work throughout the day• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset• Strong communication and basic customer service skills• Experience driving a 16' box truck or similar vehicle preferred• Experience delivering to construction or job sites preferred• Forklift experience or certification is a plus, but not required• HVAC or construction industry exposure is helpful, but not requiredCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
