Warehouse Associate – Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

HireCall is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a client in the Tulsa area. This position is responsible for preparing, organizing, and assembling parts and materials into kits for the production floor.
The ideal candidate has previous warehouse or material-handling experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and organize parts according to work orders and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Assemble kits accurately and label materials for proper identification
- Verify quantities and inspect components before kitting
- Record inventory transactions using the Glovia warehouse management system
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Communicate shortages or discrepancies to production and purchasing teams
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or material-handling experience
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and BOMs
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and climb ladders as required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment
This position works in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment where employees may be exposed to loud noise, dust, dirt, and metal particles.
Required PPE may include hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields, OSHA-compliant safety boots/shoes, and additional respiratory or protective equipment when required.
