Location: West Chester, OH

Pay Rate: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 6 AM - 6:30 PM or 3 PM - 3:30 AM | Monday-Friday + weekends as needed (shifts will not always be 12 hours)

Job Duties

• Keep the flow moving - load, unload, and sort products
• Pick and pack orders right the first time
• Use scanners to track items (we'll train you)
• Stay active, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep pace

Requirements

• Entry level.
• Previous warehouse experience and RF gun experience are preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe shoes.
• Must be able to bend and twist.
• Reliable.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Warehouse Associate supports successful warehouse operations through dependable inventory handling, shipping support, and accurate order preparation. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Successful Warehouse Associate candidates understand warehouse workflows, inventory systems, and shipping procedures while maintaining productivity and quality standards throughout every shift.
