We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily yard and warehouse operations. This role involves loading flatbed trucks, handling materials, and preparing orders in an outdoor environment exposed to various weather conditions.

Responsibilities
Load flatbed delivery trucks for next-day shipments
Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately for shipment
Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials
Perform general material handling and yard operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard environment
Read and interpret sales orders to ensure order accuracy
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Support overall warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and inventory handling
Required Qualifications
1 3 years of warehouse experience with sit-down forklift operation
Ability to read and understand sales orders
Strong reliability and consistent work history (no employment gaps exceeding 3 months)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform physical tasks throughout an 8-hour shift
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Dependable and punctual
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or yard operations
Ability to quickly learn product details and warehouse processes
Experience working in outdoor warehouse or yard environments
