We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support pipe yard operations, including order fulfillment, material handling, and truck loading. This is a hands-on role in an outdoor environment, requiring individuals who are reliable, physically capable, and committed to long-term employment.

Responsibilities
Load flatbed trucks safely and efficiently for next-day deliveries
Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately for shipment
Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials
Perform general material handling and yard organization
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard environment
Follow all safety procedures and operational standards
Required Qualifications
1 3 years of warehouse experience, including sit-down forklift operation
Ability to read and understand sales orders and work instructions
Stable work history with no employment gaps exceeding 3 months
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, and standing for full shifts
Strong reliability, accountability, and work ethic
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or yard operations
Familiarity with construction, pipe yard, or industrial environments
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and warehouse processes
