Job Overview:
Pay Range $16.65hr - $21.65hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts with appropriate training and/or certification.
Responsibilities:
- Understands material movement/inventory levels and completes timely processing of assigned tasks.
- Performs material movements both physically and systematically within a controlled environment where ESD controls may exist.
- Processes stock transfers, material requests and put-away.
- Loads and/or unloads trucks as required.
- May assist and train associates with on-the-job training.
- Understands and uses the ERP system for material management activity.
- Utilizes root cause analysis to research material movement and resolve discrepancies.
- Performs cycle counting.
- Participates in continuous improvement initiatives which include warehouse material flow systems and procedures.
- Seeks efficiency in system and process gaps and elevates awareness to management.
- Maintains positive and cooperative communication and collaboration.
- Promotes a positive work environment.
- Participates in on-the-job training for warehouse and manufacturing processes, corporate policies, safety procedures, GMP, and ISO Standards as defined by the supervisor.
- Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOP's, equipment, policies and procedures, including any department-specific requirements.
- Serves on safety, quality and other committees, if applicable.
- Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes and task assignments.
