What You'll Do as a Warehouse Associate:- Unpack products from large shipping cartons
- Assemble product components according to established procedures
- Attach bolts and other product pieces as required for the project
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and completeness
- Repackage completed products into smaller distribution-ready cartons
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and work cooperatively with team members to meet project goals
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Associate Role:- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
- Reliable attendance and ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse, assembly, production, or distribution experience is helpful but not required
- No experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- No background check required
- No drug screening required
- Ability to wear required PPE, including gloves
