Warehouse Associate

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

Environment: Secure warehouse storing files, books, and backup media (non-climate-controlled; temperatures fluctuate with the weather)

SUMMARY:

Environment: Non-climate-controlled facility (temperatures vary by weather-please dress accordingly).

Physical Requirements: Highly demanding manual labor role requiring repetitive heavy lifting of up to 100 lbs throughout your entire shift..

Independent Pace: Must be self-driven, capable of learning new tasks quickly on the fly, and comfortable working autonomously and hit daily production targets.

About the Role:

This is a 100% hands-on, physically demanding manual labor position. There are no forklifts or cherry pickers-you will rely entirely on physical strength, manual tools (pallet jacks, push carts, hand trucks), and RF scanners to meet daily production targets independently.

What You'll Do:

• Handle, move, and organize boxes and materials weighing 10 to 100 lbs unassisted.
• Navigate stairs, inclines, ladders, and various floor surfaces safely.
• Perform continuous physical movements including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to track inventory.
• Read and process labels, documentation, and load outbound pallets.

This is a temporary/contract position with no benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during the contract period

What We're Looking For:

• Capable of continuous, heavy unassisted lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Self-starter who works efficiently alone and adapts quickly on the fly.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented.
• Mandatory Gear: ASTM F2413-11 compliant, slip-resistant protective footwear (rated Better or Best), any steel toed, composite or safety shoes.
