Description
Warehouse associate is responsible for storing inventory in the correct physical location in the warehouse, accurately picking orders, preparing orders for shipment and various other duties as assigned.
Compensation & Hours
Starting at $18.00+ per hour based on experience, Monday - Friday 7:30AM – 4:00 PM, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Major Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
  • Receive and stock incoming shipments in a timely manner.
  • Operate and inspect warehouse equipment to perform role (Fork Lift, Pallet Jack, etc.)
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies through research and physical counts
  • Act professionally and remain focused while working
  • Safely operate all warehouse equipment
  • Follow directions of leadership
  • Perform cleaning activities as required
  • Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery
  • Can lift and carry up to 75 lbs. on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately
  • Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information
  • Must be flexible with start and departure time changing
  • Ability to work overtime when needed
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision
  • Responsible for any additional duties assigned
Physical Demands
In performing the job of Warehouse Associate, one must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items up to 75 lbs. Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
Working Environment
The job will be performed entirely in the F&C Distributors, Inc. warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool. The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
