Warehouse Associate

We are seeking highly motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team at AMCON Distributing Company. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, packing, and loading products for delivery. Your attention to detail, commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ability to work collaboratively with team members are essential in ensuring the efficient flow of products through our distribution facility. If you're ready to contribute to the backbone of our supply chain, this role is for you!\n \nBENEFITS\n\n Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & More\n Paid Holidays and Vacation Time\n Competitive 401(k) + Company Match\n Training & Development\n \nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\n\n Receive and inspect incoming shipments of products.\n Verify accuracy of received items and ensure proper documentation.\n Prepare and load products for delivery to our partners.\n Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.\n Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts.\n Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.\n Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or discrepancies.\n Follow established procedures and safety guidelines in all warehouse activities.\n Participate in training programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.\n \nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\n High school diploma or equivalent.\n Ability to lift 40-60 pounds and to stand, bend and lift regularly.\n 18 years of age or older as operating power equipment.\n Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred.\n Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).\n Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy objects.\n Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.\n* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.\n\n
