Flowly Solutions is seeking an energetic, dependable Warehouse Associate to join our active facility team. In this role, you will be a vital contributor to our daily supply chain flow, ensuring that inventory moves efficiently and production metrics are achieved. This is a full-time position with regular overtime available for those who want it. You'll work Monday through Friday and we're open to working around your scheduling needs for the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Pull, pack, and stage customer orders with high accuracy to prepare them for prompt shipping.
- Unload incoming freight, load outbound delivery trucks, and organize stock in its proper locations.
- Safely transport products, materials, and supplies across the warehouse floor.
- Assist with routine cycle counts to help maintain precise inventory records.
- Partner with colleagues to hit daily facility deadlines and operational milestones.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
Qualifications:
- Background as an order picker, packager, loader, or unloader is highly valued.
- Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack is a major plus, though we are fully willing to train the right person.
- Strong attention to detail, great observational skills, and a pride in work quality.
- Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal operational instructions.
- Reliable transportation to ensure consistent, on-time attendance for your shifts.
- Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of a shift and safely lift up to 50 lbs.

Shift Schedule:
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
