Warehouse Associate – Bindery Department (Temp-to-Hire)Penmac Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates to support the Bindery Department for a leading book manufacturer in Jefferson City, MO. These temp-to-hire, full-time General Laborer positions offer a clean, climate-controlled work environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for overtime. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production setting.Warehouse Associate Responsibilities
- Inspect, count, and box printed materials according to work orders
- Label, stack, and organize boxes for shipment
- Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves, using mechanical lift assistance when needed
- Off-stack boxes and maintain accuracy for all outgoing orders
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures throughout each shift
Requirements for the Warehouse Associate
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Able to perform repetitive bending, reaching, stretching, and twisting
- Basic math and counting skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be willing to submit to required screenings
Pay and Shift Information
- Pay: $16.00–$17.50 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time with overtime opportunities
- Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
