Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Attendant

Department: Plant 1

Division Assembly: Escanaba, MI

Shift: 2nd

Summary

Receive, move and store products; ship finished parts to company's customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Unload packages off incoming trucks.
• Verify contents of packages with packing slips.
• Receive products into QAD system from packing slips.
• Move materials to storage location.
• Assign shipment to truck sheet.
• To make sure the correct quantity and parts are shipped daily.
• Drive the shuttle truck to various local locations as needed.
• Learn the Shipping Clerks (SC) job duties to ensure a back-up is available upon SC absence.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid Driver's License.
