We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations through shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment activities.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Inspect and verify incoming products before storage
- Pick, pack, stock, and fulfill customer orders
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Operate pumps, motors, and related equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality and timely order fulfillment
- Perform routine maintenance and care of company equipment
- Complete other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Ability to work nights, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Stable employment history
- Ability to communicate effectively in English to safely perform job duties
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds continuously
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, crawl, reach, and perform physical warehouse activities throughout the shift
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using handheld scanners and electronic inventory systems
- Experience with inventory control processes
- Experience with oil and fuel dehydration and filtration systems
- Experience servicing pumps, motors, and filtration equipment
