Warehouse Auditor - Greenwood
What You'll Do:
You'll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you're loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you'll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly - from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.
In This Role You'll:
- Reads labels and associated documents printed in English.
- Counts and calculates using basic math skills.
- Lifts, carries and stacks product up to 75 pounds at a height of up to 7 feet.
- Maintains high focus in an environment of many obstacles and distractions.
- Uses push/pull motions in building pallets up to 8 feet high.
- Operates electric forklift and electric, stand-up rider pallet jack.
- Maintains productivity and accuracy according to engineered work standards.
- Cleans work area using a mop, broom, or electric sweeper vac.
- Due to the nature of our 24-hour business, work schedules vary.
- Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Productivity standard of 95% must be met within the first 120 days of employment as measured by the engineered work standards system.
- Job knowledge - Basic understanding of the requirements of each type of assignment, correct operation of equipment and functions/processes related to job, and good overall understanding of GSF.
- Attitude - Willingness to work for and with others, ability to accept constructive feedback or accept assignments willingly and demonstrates a desire to do a good job. Demonstrates the Company Creed and Values.
- Initiative - Looks for areas to improve, takes immediate action when necessary or refers to supervisor.
- Cost Consciousness - attitude toward waste and material loss, care of tools and equipment.
- Dependability - follows instructions, attendance on the job, meets scheduled delivery times and completes assignments in a timely manner as measured by the engineered work standards system.
- Quality of Work - Produces acceptable work, which meets department standards. Good internal and external customer relations. Able to make quality decisions in difficult situations.
- Quantity of Work - Level of production in comparison with others in the work group or with established standards.
- Housekeeping - practice of maintaining a clean work area.
Schedule & Setting:
- Shift start time: 10PM, Tuesday-Saturday
- Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)
- Primarily a 5-day work week,
- Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods
Pay & Benefits:
- $22.00/hour
- Weekly pay (every Friday)
