Warehouse Auditor

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Auditor to join our team in the Chattanooga, TN area. This role is vital for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, maintaining high quality standards for freight, and upholding critical safety regulations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and proficiency in warehouse operations.

Warehouse Auditor Details:

  • Temporary position
  • $ 18.50 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm)
  • Conduct thorough inspections and reconcile inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and contribute to comprehensive inventory control.
  • Verify the quality, quantity, and accuracy of both incoming and outgoing freight.
  • Utilize RF scanners extensively for inventory tracking, data collection, and system updates.
  • Operate essential office equipment including computers, phones, and printers for data entry and communication.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or issues related to inventory, quality, or safety.

Warehouse Auditor Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inventory management, including cycle counting and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in data entry with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience using RF scanners.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to safely and effectively operate Sit-Down and Stand-Up forklifts (certification may be required).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
