We're looking for dependable team members to join our warehouse carpet production team. This is a physically active position in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements
Ability to kneel for 6+ hours per day with or without reasonable accommodation
Comfortable working in a hot warehouse and maintaining a fast production pace
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to Irving, TX
Available to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with occasional weekends
Able to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift

Pay:Starting at $20.00/HR Full-Time
Responsibilities
Lead and support warehouse associates.
Keep production lanes moving efficiently.
Operate a sit-down propane forklift.
Monitor inventory and assist with daily warehouse operations.
Maintain a safe, productive work environment.
Requirements
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
Warehouse lead experience (production, flooring, events, or fabrication)
Sit-down propane forklift experience
Basic computer and inventory skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to work in a hot, physical warehouse
Reliable attendance with occasional weekend availability
