Warehouse Clamp Forklift Operator

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Warehouse Clamp Forklift Operator to support a busy warehouse distribution and logistics operation in Carson, California. In this role, you'll safely move products throughout the facility, help keep shipments accurate and on schedule, and play a key part in day-to-day warehouse flow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Operate a clamp truck and forklift safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
Load and unload trailers using clamp attachments while preventing product damage.
Move products and materials to designated storage areas.
Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
Verify product quantities and inspect loads for accuracy and visible damage.
Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Prior experience operating clamp trucks in a warehouse environment.
Experience loading and unloading trailers.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Ability to pass an on-site forklift assessment before starting.
Ability to follow the required dress code: work pants, work T-shirt, and work shoes.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
First-shift schedule starting at 5:00 AM.
Overtime opportunities and peak-season bonus available.
