• Hourly Pay: $23.00 per hour 
• Overtime Pay: $34.50 per hour 
• Schedule: Thursday - Saturday 6:00am - 6:00pm, plus every other Wednesday 6:00am - 6:00pm

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 an hour. Employees may be eligible for a shift differential. 

In accordance with collective bargaining agreements and/or as business conditions allow, pay may be supplemented with a Shift differential.  Ryder offers comprehensive health and welfare benefits, to include medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance and disability insurance options, as well as paid time off for vacation, illness, bereavement, family and parental leave, and a tax-advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent PC skills in MS Office
• SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Important Note:Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

• Check truck drivers in and out
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity in accordance with warehouse direction and vendor assignment in warehouse
• Verify the accuracy of all shipping and receiving documentation
• Partner with the inventory department to resolve any discrepancies
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed
• Update required reports on a timely basis
• Communicate with customers and assist with customer needs
• Depending on location, employee may be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certified
• Other duties as required or assigned
