Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Clerk workers for a logistics/warehouse company in Elk River, MN. In this role, you’ll support smooth inbound and outbound shipping operations while ensuring accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Clerk:- Check in inbound trucks and verify shipment accuracy against purchase orders
- Inspect products for accuracy, compliance, and quality standards
- Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound shipments
- Schedule outbound shipments and coordinate dock times with carriers
- Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics teams
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments, labels, or documentation
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Clerk Role:- Must have previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics coordination experience
- Must have strong attention to detail, especially with documentation and label verification
- Experience creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (ERP/WMS experience preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in warehouse conditions (including cold storage exposure)
