The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for executing day-to-day warehouse operations in compliance with industry standards, with a focus on accuracy, traceability and quality. Under general supervision, this role performs a full range of order fulfillment and warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, stocking, storing and inventory of materials

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Receives, inspects, verifies, and documents incoming materials and parts. Accurately picks, stages and issues materials to support production work orders and customer shipments. Ensures inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock rotation and bin management. (25%)
  • Processes requests for items, pulls and assembles kits for shipping, prepares and packs items for shipment. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. (25%)
  • Maintains records in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Completes necessary documentation for traceability, including material certifications. (25%)
  • Uses ERP and warehouse management systems to perform transactions related to inventory movements. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry. Generates reports and supports data entry for shipping/receiving and material control functions. (25%)
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to handle; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.

Representative Qualifications:

  • Relevant warehouse, logistics or material handling experience.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and logistics processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts and documentation.
  • Ability to lift and stand/walk for extended periods.
