Position Summary:

• Adhere to operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials.
• Learn and adhere to the inventory program to help keep an accurate inventory count.
• Maintain a daily tool and equipment check-out and check-in log for tracking
• Maintain a log for the tracking of vehicle and equipment fleet
• Inspect returned tools for damage or wear and report to supervisor
• Maintain accurate daily inventory records
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts
• Track stock levels to reorder supplies on time.
• Turn in weekly timesheets for equipment.
• Load and unload equipment as needed.
• Maintain a neat and orderly warehouse.
• Partner with administration to ensure tools and equipment are billed to the appropriate job.
• Work with other warehouse employees to ensure that the work is completed in an efficient manner.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must be able to listen attentively and communicate effectively with others.
• Must keep work area neat, clean and free from debris or safety hazards.
• Maintain a courteous and responsive approach with co-workers, vendors, and drivers.

• Work is primarily performed indoors in a warehouse facility but can include frequent work outdoors in all/extreme weather conditions.
• This position requires physical activity including extended periods of standing and walking, frequent sitting, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching, stooping and climbing. Requires the ability to frequently lift and/or carry materials and/or supplies and other materials weighing up to 50lbs. Occasional lifting and/or carrying of materials and/or supplies weighing up to 100lbs.
