Warehouse Clerk

Position: Warehouse Clerk
Location: Brea, CA
Hours: 9am to 6pm
Pay: $20.00

Essential Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts, materials, and shipments and inspect them for accuracy and condition.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and descriptions against purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation.
• Accurately enter received items into the inventory management system.
• Organize and properly store received parts and materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records.
• Prepare and process shipments using UPS and other shipping services as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and warehouse area.
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform other warehouse and receiving duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in receiving, inventory control, or parts handling.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.
