Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Clerk to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and the ability to operate various equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic distribution environment focused on timely delivery and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document discrepancies
• Prepare outgoing orders by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately using RF scanners and order pickers
• Maintain organized stock levels through proper stocking, inventory management, and rotation procedures
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory movements and update records
• Support order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms by packaging products securely for shipment
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies using basic math skills
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution workflows and improve overall efficiency

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and inventory management
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and order fulfillment tasks
• Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations
• Knowledge of packaging standards for shipping various product types
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members across departments
