Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of warehouse or related experience
• Experience working with inventory, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience is a plus
• Basic computer and data entry skills required
• Experience using ERP systems preferred

Job Duties

• Pull work tickets accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely (if certified)
• Maintain inventory stock levels in designated warehouse locations
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
• Assign bin locations and process inventory transactions within the ERP system
• Receive, store, and put away incoming products
• Support Production, Receiving, Shipping, and Facilities departments as needed
• Enter inventory audit data into the ERP system
• Audit pallets daily and report inventory discrepancies
• Maintain organized inventory locations and warehouse areas
• Follow all company safety procedures and standard operating practices
• Perform cross-training and assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Clerk.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Clerk you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Warehouse Clerk supports successful warehouse operations through dependable inventory handling, shipping support, and accurate order preparation. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to workplace safety.
