Description
Our warehouse team plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our receiving team and help ensure that all inbound materials are processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect materials for accuracy and quality.
Match packing slips and purchase orders to ensure correct documentation.
Accurately enter received goods into the inventory management system (ERP or WMS).
Label and organize received materials in designated storage areas.
Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to the purchasing or inventory control team.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment safely (training provided).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
Assist with periodic inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to support smooth daily operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1–2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or warehouse management systems a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.
Dependable and punctual, with a positive attitude.
Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
