A member of the Warehouse Department, a food service division at Lyons Magnus, an international food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Fresno, California. The Warehouse Clerk I is responsible for gathering and processing data and assisting with documentation for all warehouse functions. Clerks will also be responsible for scheduling inbound and outbound appointments. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Warehouse Operations.

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday

(Must be willing to work OT and Weekends)

Additional Information:This is an in-house temporary position aligned with a temp-to-hire process. While a permanent role may become available, conversion is not guaranteed and will depend on business needs, performance, and attendance. Benefits eligibility begins after 90 days.

  • Assists with documentation for all warehouse operations.

  • Assists with arranging plant to plant material movement.
  • Schedules for both in-bound and outbound appointments.
  • Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Skilled in MS Office software.
  • Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills.
  • Initiative and desire to exceed expectations.
  • Detail oriented with ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities, in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Sets an example with reliability, punctuality, attendance, and willingness to work OT and weekends.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • 0-2 Years administrative experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in accounting, warehouse, and/or food & beverage manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with food & beverage ingredients or inventory management.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
