Job Title: Warehouse Clerk (Shipping & Receiving)

Location: Fullerton, CA

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support shipping and receiving operations for a company specializing in refrigerators, air conditioning units, and cold refrigeration equipment. This role is responsible for handling inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments (refrigerators, air units, and refrigeration systems)
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse systems
• Load and unload products safely using proper equipment
• Perform data entry and track orders using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse space
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs or more with assistance)
• Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory systems, Microsoft Office)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling large appliances or HVAC/refrigeration equipment
• Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems
• Forklift experience (a plus)

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting handling large appliances and refrigeration units
• May involve exposure to varying temperatures depending on inventory
• Standing, walking, and lifting required throughout the shift
