Ensures accurate documentation and safe movement of chemical products.Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.Verify shipment accuracy against bills of lading and purchase orders.Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as directed.Prepare materials for production and coordinate material staging.Package and label finished goods according to DOT and internal requirements.Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper segregation of chemicals.Identify and report damaged, expired, or mis-labeled products.Train and mentor new Warehouse Clerk 1 employees on daily operations.

Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent and 2-4+ years of experience or associate degree plus 0-2+ years of experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Knowledge of basic warehouse and inventory processes.Forklift operation and safe material handling skills.Familiarity with SDS, labeling, and warehouse documentation.Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.Ability to communicate clearly with logistics, production, and QA staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

Current forklift certification.Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred.
