JOB SUMMARY: Pull requested materials from orders generated from our inventory system. Shelve incoming materials and general upkeep of warehouse.
REPORTS TO: Materials Manager
EQUIPMENT: Personal Computer, Calculator, Telephone, Facsimile Machine; Dolly, Pallet Jack, Forklift

Receive and account for supplies and equipment
Prioritize, pull, and stage supplies for delivery
Package and ship materials using shipping software
Oversee inventory levels and communicate overstock and understock with the supervisor
Clean and organize the warehouse and other parts of the building inside and outside
Clean equipment and distribution vehicles
Distribute interoffice mail to local offices via personal or company pool car, as needed
Drive distribution trucks to transport supplies in our service area, as needed
Handle biohazard waste safely and as instructed
Operate forklift as instructed by safety guidelines
Assist Warehouse Coordinator and management with other general tasks when assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary degree helpful
Current and valid state-issued driver’s license determined by appropriate state requirements required with a clean driving record
Warehouse and forklift experience preferred
Must be able to complete various activities like standing, walking, and driving for extended periods
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Dependable and reliable
Excellent communication and organization skills
Self-motivated and able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced work environment
General computer skills and the ability to learn new software
