Overview:
JOB PURPOSE:
Receive, stock, and maintain all warehouse stock items for GNL
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Receive and stock products.
- Fill out pertinent information on receiving worksheets, which includes quantity, verifying specifications, and date received, for each product
- Transport palletized product by use of forklift or pallet jack.
- Input receiving information into the IP system computer and update and/or close purchase orders
- Record receiving information on daily logs according to type (vendor, UPS, office products, etc.)
- Communicate with departments with deliveries.
- Delivering product to Executive Level or other specific locations.
- Occasionally works without supervision
- Perform other duties and responsibilities required by Management as requested.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATION:
- Prior experience in receiving or warehouse.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs., maintain delivery records and verify quantities
- Must be able to operate a forklift and two-way radio
- Basic knowledge of computer and operating system.
- Valid driver's license for operation of company vehicles
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
