Job Summary
We are a busy warehousing company seeking an energetic and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role works closely with warehouse clerical staff and the corporate team to support invoicing operations and customer service functions.

The CSR is responsible for reviewing invoices for accuracy, maintaining client records, managing outstanding invoices, and preparing aging receivable reports.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Scheduling Support
  • Monitor product inventory levels
  • Track load progress and identify factors affecting schedules
  • Enter data daily and complete time-sensitive reports
  • Check drivers in and out; print Bills of Lading (BOLs) and outbound details
  • Obtain shipper release numbers, destinations, and trailer numbers
  • Assign dock doors to drivers
Customer Service
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers and visitors
  • Manage customer orders, inventory control, and material handling functions
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence (emails, mail, packages)
  • Assist with customer inquiries and issue resolution
  • Prepare and analyze customer delivery reports to identify trends and proactively communicate updates
Vendor & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers
  • Ensure cost, quality, and delivery expectations are met

QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Experience with Office 365 and AS400 is a plus

Language Requirements
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English required
  • Spanish preferred (required in some markets)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)
  • Must have close and distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Regularly required to communicate verbally and hear clearly

Work Environment
  • Standard office setting within a warehouse environment

SCHEDULE

Training will be 3:30PM-12:00AM 

Schedule is days a week/ open 6 days a week/ off days are Sunday and Tuesday until mid-August 

Schedule will then change to Mon-Friday 6:00PM-2:30AM with mandatory OT on Saturdays
