Position Details

• Location: Keck Hospital-Surgery Department, 1500 San Pablo Street
• Duration: 13 weeks with potential for extension or conversion based on performance
• Openings: 2
• Interview: Quick video interview via Teams

Variable Shift Schedule

• Work Days: 3-4 days per week (minimum 32 hours/week)
• Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per month (every other weekend)
• Shifts:
  • Weekdays: 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Weekends: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Additional Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (as required)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and stock supplies
• Inventory management
• Order picking
• Delivering materials throughout the hospital
• Maintain accurate inventory records

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Proof of High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Background, education, and employment verification

Preferences

• Previous experience in materials management, customer service, and/or healthcare
