Day Shift: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Tuesday-Saturday

Warehouse Clerk Job Duties:

• Enter freight and shipment information into customer WMS systems.
• Prepare shipping documents, paperwork, and shipment records.
• Track orders, deliveries, and shipment status updates.
• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams to support daily operations.
• Perform data entry using spreadsheets and warehouse systems.
• Provide administrative support for warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with logistics coordination.

Warehouse Clerk Requirements:

• Previous warehouse administration, logistics, or clerical experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment; steel-toe boots/shoes required.
• Flexible availability to work adjusted hours as needed.
