Warehouse Clerk

Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Clerk on a temporary basis for our client located in Oak Park, MI.

Indefinite 

Schedule:
Monday Friday
 

Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
(Includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)

Health, Dental, Vison, sick days , holiday pay  and PTO after 90 days.

Potential for a pay increase after 3- 6 months ( based upon performance and attendance) 

Job Description

The Warehouse Clerk will support daily warehouse operations by performing general labor tasks, including material handling, pallet movement, inventory organization, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable performing physical tasks, including regularly lifting up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tire and wheel assembly tasks

• Move, stack, and organize pallets and materials throughout the warehouse

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Assist with inventory organization and warehouse activities

• Perform general labor duties, including sweeping, cleaning, and maintaining an organized workspace

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Operating a tire mounting machine. 

• Support overall warehouse operations as needed

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor regularly

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment

• Previous warehouse, assembly, or general labor experience preferred

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to use basic tools and equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
