    JOB DESCRIPTION


    As a key member of our Warehouse team, you will be responsible to process customer orders accurately and efficiently so that shipments are processed to ship in a timely and accurate manner. An important part of the position requires the Team Member to be responsible for the detailed inspection of product and documents.


     


    YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES



    • Pack/Repackage materials to customer packaging requirements

    • Understand packaging codes

    • Safely package items into the appropriate container

    • Report any material issues, non-conformities, and/or other concerns

    • Receiving incoming and loading outgoing material

    • Operate machinery and drive a forklift

    • Carpentry skills with ability to build wood crates is a plus, but not required

    • Operate various tools properly as needed

    • Work onsite effectively as part of the Pioneer team

    • Other responsibilities outside the scope of daily task to maintain the smooth running of the business


     


     


    YOUR KEY KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS



    • Ability to lift or move heavy materials

    • Experience operating machinery

    • Comfortable driving a forklift

    • Physical ability to work standing all day while moving about entire warehouse

    • Impeccable attention to detail

    • Must be able to read, understand and interpret written instructions

    • Friendliness, enthusiasm, and reliability with a positive “team-player” attitude

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

    • Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • DLA experience is a plus, but not required.
