Warehouse Clerk
Job Location: Petaluma, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $19-$20/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7am-3:30pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience working in a warehouse and operating a pallet jack? Our client is seeking a dependable and detail oriented Warehouse Clerk to assist the Warehouse Coordinator with the day to day operations of a busy warehouse. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety minded, comfortable performing repetitive tasks, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect trucks upon arrival for cleanliness and temperature
- Review purchase orders and paperwork to ensure pickup accuracy
- Load products onto trucks and ensure products are properly wrapped and secured
- Record temperatures and lot numbers for special orders when required
- Inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy, including labels, ingredients, equipment, boxes, and other materials
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices
- Follow instructions from the Warehouse Manager

Experience Required:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Pallet Jack experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and dependable attitude
- Understanding of basic health and safety practices
- Ability to focused during repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
